An Interactive, Multi-Column, One True Layout CSS Design Page

I came across a page this morning that provides an interactive way to play with CSS styles for multiple column layouts.  You can set various options and update the page which displays both the HTML and CSS used to create the multi-column layout you've chosen.  The page was put together by Alex Robinson.

Some of the many options you can include are:

  • add/remove columns
  • force all columns to same height
  • include bottom aligned elements
  • include images
  • and more...
Experienced CSS designers might find this interesting.  Newbies and even intermediate CSS folks will find this enormously helpful, I suspect.

Here's the link to the interactive page:

Hmm. Well... THIS CSS newbie finds it disheartening...all the hacks to make it work. *hugs tables* Tong

(Oooh. Love the Live preview thing.... Even though it launches me into the future by four hours.)
